Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. When you cancel:

Refunds — monthly plans

Refunds — annual plans

Plan changes

Free trial

Pro and higher plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. If you do not cancel, your card is charged at the plan rate on day 15.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise plans are governed by individual contracts. Refund and cancellation terms are specified in your enterprise agreement. Contact enterprise@nexbree.com for details.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@nexbree.com with subject "Refund request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll process the refund within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@nexbree.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve billing issues within 48 hours.
